Job Description:
Successful candidate will manage the K-12 and Higher Education outreach efforts of the Alabama Space Grant Consortium State Office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/3-5 years of full-time work experience in office management, budget management, or in a role responsible for managing and implementing programs/proficiency in MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint/knowledge of bookkeeping/excellent verbal and communication skills/must be able to solve problems under pressure, meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks/must possess a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy/ability to work independently as well as part of a team/must be willing to travel occasionally and must possess a valid driver's license/Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred/knowledge of web-page design and publication/brochure layout desired.
The approximate starting salary is $32,000 - $37, 000 annually.
